What is it?
MathTalker is a chatroom which lets you use syntax very similar TEX (if you are familiar with it) to express mathematical formulas and see them right in your browser. You can invite others to join you and discuss your ideas on a virtual whiteboard.
To see your formula, just enclose it in backquotes, like this:
Requirements
To use MathTalker you need Firefox 3 web browser. You also need to install special mathematical fonts: download math fonts for Windows (other operating systems: see those instructions). To check if your browser is ready for MathTalker, try this MathML test page.
